We choose a very intimate wedding... And it all started when I see myself marrying him and having the possibility to spend the rest of my life with him and his warm hugs and kisses.
And looking back at ourselves from the very beginning up to now... Time flies so fast, I am happy to be with Max and so is he. After the vows and the intimacy and respect for our very special day we've been here.
But when did it all started?

I gripped my folders tightly as I rappidly went out of our family car away from my most trusted family driver never looking back at Kuya Romel nor bother to bid him goodbye and say my thank you's like the usual.
Because I am very much in a hurry right now.
This is Saturday and it's supposed to be my rest day away from the everyday battle with ovens, different baking mixtures and components, and basically away from all those measures and kitchen tools to be remembered.
I'm in the last year of my Culinary journey from Le Cordon Bleu. Usually it takes two years to finish this and of course with very specific major and specialty distinctions, and in my case, Baking and Pastry arts is what I'm targetting.
Maswerte pa at napaburan pa ako ni Mommy bunga ng iritasyon at awa matapos ang halos ilang dekada ko na ding pangungulit sa kanila ni Daddy na ito ang kukunin kong kurso at hindi ang pagtake over sa family business na mahigpit na pinagbabawal nila but in the end, I won but my father's still mad at me.
May mga dalawang buwan na din siguro ang nakatatagal matapos siyang magtampo at magpasyang hindi na ako pansinin na halos umabot nga sa ganito.

"Shit na malagkit, mapapatay ako ni Suzanne nito" mahina kong bulong as my phone kept on ringing.
Nakadating din ako sa cafè at agad akong sinalubong ng mabangong aroma ng freshly brewed coffees nila despite the fact that I am still looking as messed up as hell.
Nakikinita at naiimagine ko na ang unti unting pagkatanggal ng lip oil ko sa labi at ang dyaheng tangles at messy hair ko despite my neat and clean bun hairstyle.
"What the--Oh my god! Ano na bang nangyari sa'yo at mukha kang narape ng sampung kalabaw? I messaged you remember? Ewww! Fix yourself first Missy and yes, do have a seat" wala sa sarili at kagat labi ko siyang sinunod bago nilapag ang folders related sa schools at nag-ayos ayos ng saktong dumating ang isang lalaki sa table namin na nginitian ni Suzanne.
"I'm sorry to keep you waiting Suzanne"
Wala sa sarili naman akong natigalgal sa kinauupuan at nagpi-feeling pa nga ata na halos naugat na ako sa seat nitong cafè.
"It's okay Max, but the way, this is my friend Missy she's my classmate sa cooking school and I hope you both get along... Mauna na ako ha?"
"W-wait w-what the--Suz what's the meaning of all of this?" Mahina kong apela kay Suzanne na natawa na lang at tinanggal ang pagkakakapit ng braso ko sa kanya.
"Chilly southern belle, I actually set you up in a date with my friend at Johnson and Wales U and yes I lied to you about needing all of our pending projects and reviewers with regards of the lessons. Enjoy"
At tuluyan na ngang nawala si Suzanne leaving me with this total stranger.
"Hi I-I'm Max. Short for Maximilian Leroy Buenaprante, I-I actually asked Suzanne for this the very start when you always walked passed our school in the Yondale Street and you pique my interest always holding this folders looking all ready and always profiled as a culinary stud..."
